About
Leveraging decades of experience and education in finance, strategy and organizational development, I have engaged with senior leaders in a wide variety of organizations in the U.S. and abroad. My passion is working with leaders who are interested in improving their performance and impact, both personally and professionally.
I work with clients to help them understand how their behavior and actions can lead to the accomplishment of their objectives while building capacity in others. Skilled at working with groups and individuals, I start with a clarification of goals and motivations leading to actionable plans. I have a passion for travel and learning, spending time in nearly 100 countries, including an expat assignment in The Hague. Clients have appreciated my unique combination of finance, HR and global experiences, balancing commercial curiosity with the reality of how things get done in organizations.
I have an undergraduate degree in business, an MBA in Finance and a Ph.D in HRD. I have held corporate positions in finance, strategy and as a CHRO. My passion for learning extends to teaching, serving as an adjunct professor throughout my career. I am currently affiliated with the Executive MBA program at the University of St. Thomas where I have been honored for Excellence in Teaching.
My passions outside of work include local and global community involvement, serving several non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities and working with organizations in places like Madagascar, Kyrgyzstan, Ghana and Zambia to improve local living conditions.

- Establishing guidelines for peer coaching

Women in Leadership Retreats
Some of the most rewarding work I have done is facilitating retreats for women in leadership roles. These retreats provide space for women to come together for renewal and revitalization, with space for:
- Individual coaching and developing supportive networks
- Sharing hopes, dreams, and learnings
- Combining planned readings, questions and exercises while pivoting to follow the energy of the group
